Gregor XSLT

Gregor

Gregor/XSLT is a new optimizing XSLT compiler and runtime. The current version compiles XSLT stylesheets to executable Java bytecodes. One or more resulting Java classes constitute a translet. The translet can then be run to perform the logic of the original XML transformation with great speed and efficiency.

Gregor translets run on all Android devices, and on Google Cloud (AppEngine). In fact, a number of our Android solutions involve server software running on Google App Engine, and client software on actual devices. Our proprietary XML binary encoding (XDM) is used for payloads sent between Gregot runtimes on the Cloud and on smartphones.
