If your mobile application needs to access 3rd party XML (or JSON) speaking web services we can help you create a fast and scalable solution in record speed (3 days or less). The solution pattern involves:

1. Google App Engine ("GAE") libraries + Gregor/XSLT translets/runtime
2. proprietary data protocol using our binary XDM format
3. Android Java libraries + Gregor/XSLT translets/runtime

The high level XML processing language of XSLT allows an easy expression of source web service data extraction. XML parsing and conversion of results to XDM is automatically integrated into the process.

On the receiving Android side XDM is unpacked and transformed into data structures that your application can show or further process.
